Terms & Conditions RM 68 – Malaysia Platform Usage Policy

Welcome to RM 68. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the RM 68 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue your use of the RM 68 platform immediately.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and RM 68 ("Company", "we", or "platform"). This agreement governs your use of all services, games, features, and functions available on the RM 68 platform.

RM 68 operates as an online casino entertainment platform offering a wide range of games, including slots, Live Casino, roulette, and Sports Betting. All RM 68 services are provided solely for entertainment purposes for eligible adult users.

To register and use RM 68's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration
• Is a valid Malaysian resident or citizen.
• Has the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition imposed by any authority
• Not registering on behalf of another person or as a proxy

Only one account is permitted per individual, IP address, device, or residential address. Multiple account registrations (multi-accounting) are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious breach of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. RM 68 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your identification card, utility bill, or bank statement, to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal.

All deposits into your RM 68 account must be made using approved payment methods and in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). RM 68 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or via international payment methods not listed on the platform.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction. No general maximum deposit limit is set; however, daily limits may apply depending on the payment method used and your account verification level.

RM 68 does not bear any fees charged by third-party payment service providers. All deposited funds must come from legitimate sources and must not be proceeds of any unlawful activity. RM 68 reserves the right to investigate the origin of any suspicious deposit.

Withdrawal requests from your RM 68 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have completed the identity verification (KYC) process
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (for the first deposit).
• Any active bonus must meet the full wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be approved
• Players may not withdraw funds that have not been wagered at least once.

RM 68 will process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 1 business hour for verified active members. In cases requiring additional review, processing may take up to 24 hours. RM 68 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal that raises suspicion of fraud or money laundering.

RM 68 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal members. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each promotion, and the following rules apply generally:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once only per account, IP address, device, or household, unless otherwise stated
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirement (rollover) required before a withdrawal is permitted
• Bonus funds and real cash are kept separate; real cash is used first in most cases
• RM 68 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion without prior notice
• Any attempt to exploit or abuse the bonus system is considered fraudulent and will result in account suspension

Wagering requirement example: If you receive a RM 50 bonus with a 20x rollover, you must place a total of RM 1,000 in bets (RM 50 × 20) before the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable cash. The exact wagering requirements are stated on each promotion page.

All games available on the RM 68 platform — including slots, Live Casino, roulette, baccarat, and table games — use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by independent auditing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is genuinely random and cannot be manipulated.

Game-specific rules:

• In the event of a disputed game outcome, RM 68's server records shall be considered final
• Any internet connection disruption during gameplay is the player's responsibility.
• RM 68 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical disruptions beyond our control
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended.

For live casino games with real dealers provided by Evolution and Pragmatic Live, the studio rules displayed within the video stream also apply, and players are required to comply with them throughout the session.

RM 68's Sports Betting section covers a wide range of sports, including football (EPL, Malaysia Super League, UEFA Champions League), badminton (Thomas Cup, BWF World Tour), esports (MPL Malaysia, Dota 2, VALORANT), NBA, tennis, and more. The following additional terms apply to sports betting:

• All odds displayed are current at the time of clicking and may change before a bet is confirmed
• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled
• In the event of a postponed, cancelled, or relocated match, the market settlement rules stated on the RM 68 platform will apply.
• RM 68 reserves the right to void any bets placed after the outcome is known ("late betting")
• Maximum bet limits vary by sport and market type
• Bets placed using insider information are strictly prohibited.

For live betting, players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection. RM 68 is not liable for any bets that fail to be confirmed due to connectivity issues on the player's end.

All RM 68 users are required to conduct themselves with courtesy, honesty, and responsibility. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without any refund:

1. Using automation software, bots, or scripts to play games
2. Manipulation of games or bets through technical means or collusion.
3. Registering more than one account (multi-accounting)
4. Use of a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location
5. Money laundering through the RM 68 platform
6. Bonus abuse or exploitation of technical errors (bug exploitation)
7. Sharing your account with others or allowing someone else to use your account.
8. Any activity intended to defraud or harm RM 68 or other players

RM 68 continuously monitors all account activity to detect any violations. Appropriate action will be taken against accounts suspected of breaching these terms, including temporary account freezing for investigation purposes.

In summary, RM 68 collects your personal data solely for the following purposes:

• Account management and service provision

RM 68 services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. RM 68 does not guarantee that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or meet all user requirements. To the extent permitted by law:

• RM 68 is not liable for any financial losses incurred while playing on our platform.
• RM 68 is not responsible for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet infrastructure issues, natural disasters, or government actions
• Winnings obtained through technical errors or system vulnerabilities may be voided by RM 68.
• RM 68 does not accept liability for any consequential or indirect losses arising from the use of this platform

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the RM 68 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts of Malaysia.
